Led all product and software development for fully-agile MEAN stack web application. Focuses included paid subscription mix improvement, referral adoption, and add-on product development for real estate agents. Included direct development and independent launches in Bubble.io no-code platform.  

Led the digital transformation for recently-acquired pet health benefits company previously operating primarily on paper and local, antiquated databases. Projects included backend database transition to Salesforce platform, PHP web app development, and network expansion prioritization frameworks. 

Led SKU and distribution partner rationalization for SSB house of brands, cross-functional rebuild of Serta and Beautyrest DTC sites, and owned market and competitor analysis for strategic growth projects including new product development and acquisition targets.

Led selection strategy for general merchandise in Amazon Stores, including corporate and store-level tooling for feature management and immersive paid-placement experiences focused on pop culture alignment and augmented reality. 

Owned and created the demand forecasting model for all Prime Now delivery from Whole Foods Market. Included hourly demand forecasts, new store launch planning, and store launch prioritization based on population alignment modeling. 

Led all GTM activities for the first and second versions of the FireTV Edition line of products. Included marketing and operations planning for Amazon's largest-ever TV deal for Prime Day 2017 and the onboarding of Best Buy as an Amazon Seller.
